Before that he took the stage as Lucia's brother Enrico, in Lucia di Lammermoor. In awe, audience members were on their feet in applause for both performances. Jimi also was here in January 2009, debuting as artistic director and also singing King Melchior in Amahl and the Night Visitors. Every time Jimi has sung in NH, he has impressed audiences with his rich, resonant voice and his commanding stage presence. ![]() Jimi James and Anna Maria Dwyer in Amahl and the Night Visitors. Also shown - Mark Cleveland, far left and Alexandra Adinolfi, far right. Anna Maria Dwyer, pianist and founder of Music Arts Alive, is producing her third concert. Anna, a Londonderry, NH resident, produced Amahl and the Night Visitors and also sung the lead role as The Mother (January 2009). Ms. Dwyer has played piano for Granite State Opera, Boston Conservatory, Plymouth State University and many other schools, theatre groups and private students. Later this year she will be joining the Treble Chorus of New England as their opera pianist. Anna is known for being able to follow a singer and make them feel at ease. She also possesses strong sight reading skills which has landed her many last minute jobs. Her company, originally called Mermaid Music Productions, will be bringing Amahl and the Night Visitors back in 2010. Anna is also working on a new project called "Film Grooves", an interactive series that lets audience members guess movie titles based on what they are hearing.
